Cosmic Prayer

Oh! The cosmos how you are so vast. I have derived myself from you, yet I do not realise your vastness. My senses are very, very frail and weak to know and realize your vastness. My knowledge is engulfed in darkness. When my eyes see the stars in the night to some extent they realize your vastness and the quality of limitlessness. Yet the vastness I am able to perceive through my physical eyes is as limited as much as the space of atom’s atom.

I am too weak spiritually, confined in a prison made up of blood, bone and flesh. But there is always this thirst within me to get out of this prison and experience your vastness. For this you have to shower your grace and help.

Your vastness reveals itself through love, grace, compassion, kindness, knowledge and energy. But these too reflect from me like a tiny dot. That is why I am unable to understand your limitlessness. Your material vastness manifests itself in the sun, moon, star, milkyway, galaxies, universe, atom, and in sub-atomic particles.

Your cosmic mind manifests itself through grace, love, loving-kindness, pity, wisdom and with bliss pervading the entire cosmos. Accept this verbal Prayer done out of reverence and blind faith as true and give me the spiritual experience I long for.

“You and I are one and the same”

So, fulfill my needs, remove my poverty and ill-health and allow me to be always with you, always with the qualities of love, loving kindness, grace, pity, compassion and bliss.
